是锂。诊断是 SILENT 综合征。
多年来我和医生们一起寻找原因。现在已经确认：我活着的共济失调是由锂中毒引起的 — SILENT 综合征，不可逆的锂盐所致神经毒性。我当时因双相情感障碍服用锂盐，完全按处方。
所以这个博客也随之改变。我会更多地写双相障碍 — 诊断、药物、中毒之前的岁月 — 同时也继续写这里已有的共济失调、康复和日常生活。
